• Order processing times. Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be filled and shipped. Shipping times usually between 3-7 days through Australia Post. WA residents, please allow up to 10-12 days for delivery.

 

• Shipping costs. Up to 2kg may be purchased for $10.00 flat rate shipping. 3kg $15.00 shipping. 4kg $20.00 shipping, 5kg $25.00 shipping. $10kg $50 shipping.

• Maximum order limits. Only one 10kg bag each of black and white chia may be purchased, per order. You can create another order should you require more, or you are welcome to email us with any additional requests at info@australiansuperfoodsnq.com.au.​

 

• Local delivery options. No local pick up is provided. However we do supply many local stores with our range of chia seed.  You can find a list of stockist's here. 

 

• Returns, changes, and cancellations. Parcels damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Australian Superfoods NQ. If you have any queries regarding your parcel you may email us at info@australiansuperfoodsnq.com.au and we will endeavour to help wherever we can. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

• Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. During peak flooding season (Feb-May), there may be longer shipping times than usual.

 

• Order tracking details. Once you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email from Wix. Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details. If you do not receive this email please contact us via email and we can provide a tracking number.
